cannot give a definitive report but after runung out of my previous consignment, the few days that have passed I have experienced muscle cramp now I have new batch and am able to refresh my intake I can do a hopefully a definitive test on the adequacy of the capsules. Was skeptical at first but someone told me abut Magnesium as I was having trouble with sleep. Two week taking these now and wow ! my sleep is so much better, drift off in seconds and full 7-8 hours no problem. Should have been taking these long ago. I take two every morning along with my other supplements. Highly recommend but give it time to full kick in.
