these mugs are beautiful, ceramic is very thick and heavy, holds heat well. The customer service is amazing, they accidentally sent me the wrong color mugs and immediately responded to my email by sending out the correct color the next day. Perfect customer service and beautiful strong mugs

These are very nice quality mugs.The handles are disappointing as you can barely get 2 fingers through the opening.My hands are small so my husband only gets 1 through.I will keep as they are cute for my cabin decor.Also they were very well packaged .

Great mugs the only thing that I don't care for is they don't hold as much liquid as they say.
