what a great headset, noise canceling muffs, and mic , and it does work. the usb plug is universal at this day and age, if you have an older PC , can use an adapter and it still works just fine. no more complaints from co workers about the buggies noises in the background of a darn zoom call .

So far so good! My headset arrived today, and I love it! I was previously using my dad's 8 year old Blueparrot headset. However I kept getting flagged for background noise and breathing sounds at work, even with a pop filter. I bought these after numerous Youtube videos and I was a little confused if the headset would be good without the ANC, and I have to say it is. As I learned ANC is primarily for yourself to block out the back ground noise you hear not the receiver on the other line. I think the description should be made clear on this because it caused a lot of confusion for me. I leave off one star as of now because initially when I plugged my headset into my mac all the background noise picked up, until I unplugged it in and out 3 times which could be a bug. As of now everything seems smooth, I will give an update once my workplace has a chance to go over my calls and I'm in better standing. Update: Audio is sometimes good, sometimes not so good and theres an echo and muffle sound. I bought like new through amazon resale. I think I'm just going to return and get one brand new instead, Possibly a wire issue when I first put it into my computer it didn't the noise cancellation feature was non existent. I think the head set is amazing when it works right, mine however probably has a wire problem unfortunately.

Exactly what I was looking for

These headphones saved me while working from home with a toddler. They have great sound quality, they do an excellent job of blocking out background noise so others cannot hear (toddlers screaming in the background) they fit nicely on your head and can be worn comfortably for hours at a time. I think they are great buy for the money and I would highly recommend them!

I purchased this product base on comments, buti don't even have a year with then and it is already broken and sometimes the customers can't hear me, disappointed 😔

I been looking at some of review, this product came in the top. This is what I observed when using. Pro: 1) It is well made. 2) cancels the surrounding noise well 3) sound quality is decent 4) USB-C connector CONS: 1) quite expensive 2) kind of annoying to mute with the mic position up/down would rather have a control button. 3) not sure if the on speak LED can be turned off. 4) some echo and interference happen quite often when start speaking . Update: Returned as colleagues started to complain that the mic started cracking during meetings.

Wow!!! what an amazing product. Such a premium feel when you touch it. Great noise cancellation and audio quality. It's really a value for money product that is hard to come by in these times.

After much research, I decided to purchase the 860 non-ANC version of these headphones. Working in an office environment, other headsets kept picking up surrounding noise and flooded the meeting with them. This works phenomenally in cancelling out the noise. Even though another person is sitting 1 meter away from me, the mic does not pick up anything from anyone else nor any other noises around. Looks well made, comfortable and sound quality is great. The only minor downside is that it is wired but I knew that I would have to shell out a lot more for the wireless version so that was part of how much I paid. Highly recommend these for office work in a noisy environment where you don't want the OTHER SIDE to hear the noises around you. It doesn't have ANC so it won't filter out noises in your ears but that's not really a problem for me.

The EPOS 860 impresses right out of the box with eco-friendly packaging and a sleek yet sturdy design. Its microphone is outstanding, noise cancellation and voice clarity are exceptional, making calls feel professional and confident. However, the on-ear pads stick tightly and create a slight vacuum effect, so you need to remove them carefully. Comfort could be better for longer use. If you’re torn between this and the EPOS 1060, go for the 1060 if budget allows, it offers more freedom for multitasking, like grabbing a coffee or opening doors while on calls.
