Retractable feature is very helpful and keeps my backyard tidy. Giving it 4 starts despite the current condition. I did notice this year the hose has degraded and has cracked the entire length. I’m not sure if this was due to the harsher winter, or something else. I’d assume it would hold up better despite weather conditions as it’s an outdoor product.
