I purchased this pump spur of the moment due to convenience of a hands free pump during work. I loved it right away. The slim fit only makes it semi-noticeable and the motor isn’t insanely loud.Fast forward, my dog ate a crucial piece and I emailed customer service. In the meantime, I figured I’d try one of the fancy hands free pumps…. I’ll never make that mistake again. I LOVE this pump more than the $200 pump I tried to replace it with.Customer service handled getting a replacement part quickly and it shipped and was delivered within a day.I cannot recommend this pump enough!!!

I bought this wearable pump prior to the arrival of my little one in January 2024. Had I read the instructions like a normal person, I would have saved myself a lot of frustration. It does have a lot of parts but they are easy to remove, clean, and reassemble ONCE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! I have found that it does leak when performing moderate/high level of activity. I can wear them around while doing LIGHT cleaning but more strenuous cleaning like mopping the floor with some elbow grease did cause leakage. Charges last as described. I can usually get 4-5 30minute pumping sessions off of one charge at suction level 8. Pump only runs for 20minutes then you will need to restart. It's relatively quiet. In a moderately busy restaurant I don't think anyone would hear them running but if you're sitting in the library it would be very noticable. 4/5 stars because it does have a lot of parts and it does leak with moderate activity.

I highly appreciate the efforts made to rectify the issue! Would purchase again directly from this business thanks to Charlotte and the teams’ great efforts to make sure the pump and the experience are more than just satisfactory. After 10 days of use: The pump itself I would say is decent and I appreciate a wearable now. My main ick is why is the milk collector at the bottom two pieces that lock together? In 10 days, it has popped open 3 times while trying to remove it from my shirt spilling multiple ounces of milk while also leaking from cracks a few times. If I could go back in time, I think I’d look for a pump that didn’t make such a mess.Original review: This is my first attempt at a wearable. I’ve been exclusively pumping for my newborn for 7 weeks and I have been ready to quit. I have the pink Spectra and the portable Baby Buddha- which rips off my nips and you can still see them. I was looking for a wearable at my wits end but didn’t want to spend $300 in case I quit anyway because I hate it. These wearables blew away my expectations. I expected issues but after one pump at 3 pm which is normally an 80-100ml total for me, I got almost 220ml. I love that they come with additional flange inserts as well. These are what you expect under your shirt especially as a 34G, but the suction is powerful but not painful and they feel sturdy. I only gave 4 stars because you have to remove the duct bill to pour out milk from a hole in the center of the chamber which makes it messy and hard to get all the milk out since the hole isn’t at a corner. Otherwise, after one pump, I am surprised and excited to use these more. Maybe I’ll keep pumping!

For the amount of money I paid for this, I'm VERY upset. This leaks in the front an gets my shirts soaked, as well as it leaks an holds in the milk (see picture as proof) so it also leaks when you take it off the boob. I can't win. So now I have to find a whole new set!!! 😡 don't waste your money. An might I also add I've only used this thing for NOT EVEN two months.

At first I could get 5-7 pumps from one charge. Now I get maybe 3 if I’m lucky. I love the shape and the ability to pause the timer instead of fully stopping.

The suction on this pump is great, and my supply has dramatically increased. I was surprised how well it worked for it being so cheap. It comes with a lot of extra items as well, like plugs for the milk storage compartment, milk bags, and several different insert sizes. It was pretty great and the company reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the product. The only real issue I have had, like many others, is the two part-milk compartments opening and dumping my milk when I remove the flanges. Also, when I take it off, sometimes it leaks. I had talked to customer service about this before and they said my flange was not on completely. I fixed it, but still have that issue. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if it is on properly (I haven’t had any pain really so far so I don’t realize that it isn’t completely on my nipple). The other day I pumped for 20 minutes and it wasn’t even fully on my nipple so I didn’t get milk out of that side. But overall I love it. It’s super convenient in the car on the way home from work and while out and about. I can get housework done while pumping which makes life 10,000 times easier. Just don’t bend over or lean while wearing the pump cause the milk will dump into your bra. Like I said customer service is great and I love my pump. The compartments for the milk coming apart just needa better design.

Este extractor es muy bonito, trae instrucciones de uso, piezas de repuesto y medidor de pezones. Son varias piezas que se tienen que armar perfecto para un buen funcionamiento pero la limpieza es sencilla. Estuve a punto de regresarlos porque al quitar la copa se abrió también el contenedor de leche y se tiró todo. Lo que ahora me funcionó es remover la copa pero mantener unido el contenedor de esa manera no se tira nada. Tengo 3 meses con el producto usándolo diario 1 vez al día y sigue funcionando.n

Llevó varios extractores y esté es uno de mis peores adquisiciones. Comenzaré con lo que me gustó, el color es precioso, a simple vista se ve muy bien y cómodo el diseño, el panel de control de niveles de extracción y estilo súper bien, para recargar los motores súper bien, buena extracción del motor, los aditamentos extra como el medidor de pezones, las bridas extras etcétera también súper bien ... En verdad pintaba para un súper producto; no obstante el diseño tiene defectos y es poco práctico ... Para empezar son muchísimas piezas que lavar y ensamblar, el material no es el ideal para un extractor, el plástico deja mucho que desear, todo trae empaques que con el uso obvio perderán que entren las piezas bien, pero la peor parte es el recipiente recolector está en dos partes y toda la leche se me ha estado filtrando literal se pierde líquido valioso de la extracción, defecto que lo hace mi peor compra porque es su razón de ser ... Tener un extractor que lo que te extrae lo estás escurriendo en toda tu ropa por detalles de fuga para que lo quieres... Tenía altas expectativas por la calificación tan alta que tiene pero en verdad el diseño lo deben de replantear, me queda claro que no están viendo ni funcionalidad, ni practicidad y lo más importante esterilidad para la leche materna con tantas fugas y ensamblajes. Hay extractores electrónicos portátiles un millón de veces mejores.

Me encanto al principio, después de utilizarlo 10 veces dejo de succionar.tiene muchas piezas para lavar y no es nada silencioso.

Actualización : me fallaron los extractores y no me resuelven aún cuando compré la garantía extendida .Me encantó este extractor realmente soy exigente y estuve probando dos o tres manos libres y estos fueron los mejores, eso sí para lavar y esterilizar son varias piezas pero todos son así
