Arrived brand new. Appeared to be hermetically sealed for packaging freshness. Almost immediately, I noticed the taste and quality difference switching from my older brand. I cannot comment on energy changes, because my energy has always been good, so this change did not push me into having jitters etc. My green tea consumption is strickly for immune sys support/modulator as a healthy antioxidant. Benefits ( subjectively) have been very noticeable, one being enhancing my immune sys (seasonal allergies). While there are many variables contributing, for tea drinkers, brewing at the correct temperature is paramount in the taste and benefits.
