Icons fall off. Other than that it's decent.
Quality is poor, the small (fake) icons fall off, I've lost 5 since my purchase (months ago) but the elastic string has held up well.

Lovely but weak string
This was what I was looking for. It fits - I am small size. The magnets helped my arm. The rectangles with the pictures on were lovely. It was good quality seemingly, but one of the strings (there are two) snapped after just a few weeks and all the spacer balls fell off. It can't be worn now.
