Menthol is great helps curb cravings.
How would have given of five star but I really dislike the filters on them. The menthol is great and a good replacement for nicotine cigarettes. Minus one star for the filter. Update. They now have regular filters and I rate them from a four-star to a five start now.

Used to be good but changed recipe or something.
I've gotten these once before and they were really nice but they must have changed something because now they are not good at all. The only visible difference is the filters which used to have little holes but dont any more, but the taste is not good at all!

I'll tell you I am pleasantly surprised at what a cool smoking experience this was. I will definitely order more

Cost a fraction of cigarettes and helps you cut down
Taste is hard to get used to but helps to quit smoking because they don’t taste great but do satisfy the need to smoke.

Taro leaves stink
Ended up in the ICU because of the taro leaves this is made from. It causes swelling in my private area and my lips . plus itching which is not bearable

Duped by Step
I wanted to share my experience with the menthol sticks I recently purchased. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations at all. Having smoked menthol cigarettes previously, I was excited to try these, but what I encountered was far from what was advertised. From the very first inhale, I found myself coughing uncontrollably, and I genuinely thought I might choke. These sticks should not be marketed as menthol; they resemble the taste of Camel cigarettes instead. I now have an entire carton of these sticks, and I feel it's a joke considering the quality. They have a strong cigar-like smell, which is quite unpleasant. I would advise others to save their money, as these are not worth the investment. If anyone knows of a genuine menthol-flavoured alternative, please let me know.

Not bad
Well they aren’t terrible enough for me to throw them away, it’s an odd taste but reminds me of stale rolling tobacco. In the pack they smell like normal cigarettes pretty nice actually, I think I got the wrong kind cuz I thought they were menthols? But they aren’t so I’m not enjoying that but whatever I’m tryna quit the real ones so I can deal. I can say personally all I taste is burning paper but maybe that’s me. I take little hits cuz they make me cough which is shocking since I’ve smoked for 10 years lol. But anywho, they burn fine, my first one I thought it burnt fast but I’m used to 100s so maybe that’s just me. I get fidgety and weird when I want a cigarette especially when I’m bored and so far this seems like it’s helping that. I’m optimistic. I do worry cuz idk wtf are in these things but honestly not bad. Will try to remember to update on the long term effects of these vs my lungs.

Nicotine free for over 2 years now thanks to these!!!
These are great to aid in the battle to stop smoking. Highly recommend if you truly want to quit. Put them in your car, your purse and anywhere that triggers the desire to have a nicotine cigarette. I have been nicotine free now for over 2 years. I still keep these for long drives or the, now rare, craving.
