It works! don't expect a dramatic change though, the effect is subtle at first and as time goes by and your body adjusts you start feeling the boost in your drive to do everything, good stuff! Third party tested, the ingredients are clean, will definitely continue to use, worth every penny.

I’ve tried a few testosterone boosters over the years, but Transparent Labs Vitality is on another level. What stands out immediately is the quality of the ingredients — no proprietary blends, no junk fillers, just solid, transparent dosing of clinically relevant compounds. You can tell they put real thought into the formula. After using it consistently for about a month, I’ve noticed better energy throughout the day, improved mood, and more consistent workouts with slightly faster recovery. Nothing crazy or overnight, but solid, feel-good improvements that make me want to keep taking it. Sleep quality also seems a bit better, which was a nice bonus. The only downside is I wish more of Transparent Labs’ items were available on Amazon — their stuff is top-tier and I’d buy more of their line if it was easier to get here. Still, this Vitality formula is worth it. The capsules are easy to take and I’ve had zero stomach issues.

This is a good quality supplement. I feel like this is a reputable brand and I like the combination of supplements found in this. I would much rather take a natural supplement than a lab made one to address an issue. This has helped to raise testosterone levels but note that as with any supplement it usually does take about 3 months to raise levels and notice a difference. It is a bit expensive which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. We are supplement poor at my house! 🤪

I'm on my second bottle. I try to give all supplements 60-90 days to determine if they work for me. So far I've been very happy noticing an improvement in libido and mental clarity.

Wish I could give it a no star. Did nothing for me. Has anyone noticed most of the products that are supposed to help in different areas are all packaged in the same style capsule, they all have the same color, and all worthless. This stuff is not regulated and Amazon should stop selling these self help products
