The outside casing feels nice and durable. It's been in and out of my bag for months and there's no sign on wear or damage! The provided zips give enough room for my charger, a few cables and a USB-C dock which fits all of my requirements at the moment. The inside is very soft and almost fluffy, with the outer edges being padded so if you do drop it, your laptop lands on a cushioned material, saving a massive dent on your £1000+ laptop! My only complaint with this item is the fact that I was really looking for a bag that completely holds the MacBook and doesn't move around on the bag. It's only a very small shake, but it would've been really nice to have it fit snuggly inside. Maybe there's a reason for it and perhaps it makes the impact less severe but I don't know! Either way it's a fantastic bag for the price and I have no worries about transporting my laptop around in this wherever I go!
