Disappointed
Took one pill a day with a meal as instructed. Unfortunately i don’t feel any less bloated. Hasn’t changed bowl movements. I feel exactly the same as before.

Un bon produit, je suis très satisfait du résultat. Parcontre il rend la peau sèche, alors j'utilise une crème pour le visage. Mais à part ça tout va bien.

Ich habe die *Primal Harvest®️ Biotics Kapseln* ausprobiert und bin sehr zufrieden! Die Kapseln enthalten eine gute Mischung aus *Probiotika*, die mir geholfen haben, meine *Verdauung* zu verbessern und mein allgemeines Wohlbefinden zu steigern. Ich habe nach der Einnahme eine spürbare Verbesserung in Bezug auf *Bauchschmerzen* und *Blähungen* bemerkt. Die *Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken* und verursachen keine unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen. Besonders positiv finde ich die *hochwertige Zusammensetzung* mit verschiedenen Stämmen, die speziell auf eine gute Darmflora abzielen. No puedo opinar demasiado.
Sinceramente, no sé cómo se evalúa este tipo de productos. Lo tomé una semana antes y durante la semana que estuve en Egipto y, desde luego, allí no tuve ningún problema estomacal. También es cierto que arriesgué poco con la comida. Desconozco si el buen comportamiento estomacal se debió a este producto o no. Por lo demás no he notado ningún cambio, supongo que la mejoría la nota el estómago y es invisible.

Das einzige Mittel das wirklich gut für meine Verdauung ist. Hab schon vieles ausprobiert (auch aus der Werbung) und nichts vergleichbares gefunden. Die Zusammensetzung und die Dosis scheint optimal für mich zu sein. Man muss nur eine Kapsel am Tag nehmen, weshalb es verhältnismäßig günstig ist. Ich werde es ab nächsten Monat im Abo bestellen
