Just got my stretch wrap dispenser in today and have already gave it to my team to use and they enjoy the light weight & durability of it. It also performs better than other ones that I have purchased in the past.

I've unpacked it and it is very sturdy. It has the look and feel of a well-built item. The bottom black base is metal and solid, the handles are foam padded and comfortable, and it feels weighty in your hands; not like something flimsy that feels like it's going to fall apart after some use. It took a few minutes to figure out how to install the roll (it would have been nice to have at least a sketch of how to do it), but once we got it, we realized how easy it was to do going forward. (Unscrew the handle as it is one long screw...that's it! Don't over-tighten, otherwise the roll won't spin.) I'm looking forward to trying this out on our pallets.

Got this for my boyfriend he works as an order selector in a big warehouse. They expensive robots that wrap pallets. Everyone hates the robots. My boyfriend loves this product. Saves his time at work and helps not contribute to back pain and shredding gloves. All his coworkers are pushing the company to get more of these and ditch the expensive robots!

Solid product, easy and comfortable to use. Tension adjustment made adding and removing tension as wrapping pallets simple and a one person job.

I use this product to occasionally wrap a pallet of boxes for shipment to a customer. It seems well constructed and relatively easy to use. I think any of this type design can stress your lower back while using it, but that's an ergonomic side effect of the design.

first off this tool works great and i will be ordering more, cut your packaging time in half. so far its a sturdy tool, still getting used to the tensioner adjustment up on top. Was glad to buy American made and impressed at the quality of the tool. thanks for the USA flags that were packed with order, keep up the good working representing the USA with quality tools.

Every picture shows a roll of film on the dispenser. Mine arrived without any plastic film.

Works good for a while than roll rips the wrong way after half way wrapping pallets but think its the cheap roll my job buys but works great I would like to get the newest version of thisa

American Made The top black plastic handle broke just a few months after we bought. I did call the company to get a new handle or replace the one we have , waiting for an answer
