Great magnet set works well

For the money very good quality

I've been working on my camper van project and needed a set of extendable magnets to help with removal of some small parts of the engine in difficult to access places. I bought this set as it had a good selection of magnets with different strengths. They're around the build quality I'd expected for the price, however they're no where near close to the strength stated. I mainly needed them to remove hydraulic lifters from the engine which were not particularly heavy parts but struggled to get them out with any magnets in the set. If they hadn't got covered in oil in the process I'd have returned them and bought a better set to do the job. They'll be useful for other jobs for sure but disappointed in the magnet strength, I'd recommend buying another set if you need more magnetic force.

You know how well dropped screws, bolts, etc are really good at finding inaccessible places to hide from you? Well these magnets will help you dislodge them from their hiding place with ease. Perfect!

Magnets could be stronger

I’m HVAC & Refrigeration technician we loose screws and other similar inside and under or between shelves etc ….This helps a lot to get the hidden tools and all related materials back to us safely
