Well, they seem OK. Many people say that when they took two tablets, they felt funny. Well, I've always taken two, and I felt normal. They are a supplement, so they aren't going to make you feel a certain way, it's just that perhaps the body needs them and therefore takes them. Take one, and if lacking, take two. No biggy - the biggest take on them is that they have no rubbish fillers, and I'm definitely down for that.

I've been using these for over a year. I personally think this is the best brand there is to take.I take first thing on an empty stomach and an hour before food.

This really is the best B1 out there IMO and I can absolutely tell the difference with this product. Stomach issues improved but also got a compliment on my skin so what's not to like.

I purchased these because they are supposed to be easily absorbed in the brain. It bypasses certain mechanisms, which I'm not sure is completely healthy if it's messing with your body 's a way of naturally processing vitamin b1 but I thought I'd give them a try. Didn't have any adverse effects as far as I'm aware. I did get a taste of burnt rubber at the back of my throat from the capsules which is constant so it wasn't a one-off. Definitely don't recommend breaking up the capsule and eating the powder without being encased,. I'm going back to benfotamine and a multi b complex from time health instead?

Great, but took over a year to get to a place where it worked. I first fixed my hydration (electrolytes, r*w milk) and quit all gluten and most grains. I guess I couldn't handle the reactions prior to doing this? Give it some grace because this product is very strong. I have restarted it this week and am now taking with a can of sardines - perfect fatty meal full of thiamine cofactors and it hits me like a wave of calm. I have a long way to go but day 3, this has opened my airways greatly and I feel relaxed. Energy hasn't hit me yet. I have a feeling nerve regeneration is taking place (have small fiber neuropathy) and great energy won't come for a while. I will provide a 90 day update from here,
