## Description

By the mid-sixties, the Pontiac Division of General Motors decided they needed to add a “pony car” to their line-up, but not just any pony car. Their new baby had to be something special. Coming from the Native American word for “action, power, beauty and youth”, the name Firebird summed up the car Pontiac first introduced in 1967. The car was a sensation when it first debuted and one year later, it had been tweaked and refined into a car that was ready for great things. Today, thanks to the combination of power and beauty taken from its namesake, the Firebird has achieved classic status among car lovers everywhere. This Revell model car kit is Revell item #14545. The kit consists of 122 parts and is 1:25 scale. Completed model measures approximately Length: 7.625", Width: 3.00", Height: 2.00". Kit is molded in white and clear with chrome plated parts and soft black tires. Paint and glue required(not included). Recommended for ages 12 and up.
