Purchased for the wife as she has limited walking distance abilities.she had one previous to this but it gave up the ghost so we purchased this one. It comes well packed with clear easy to understand assembly instructions. After it's first charge we set it to eco mode and it was pleasantly quick enough and saves on the battery. Going through the modes to sport the thing comes alive and is stable even at speed. The brakes are fantastic too. It does not require that pushing off to kick in the motor. It moves with the simple twist of the throttle. Fantastic value for money too when we compared it to the more expensive types and in no way lacks with being cheaper. We are a few months into her using it almost daily and without issue so far touch wood... I would purchase again and recommend this to others.

The product is amazing! I am very impressed with it. Came well packed and very easy to assemble. The manual is easy to read and to understand, not a lot to do when assemble it, just 2-3 screws to fit. It comes charged a bit but is recommended to charged it full at first. Connectivity: connects with your phone through its own app, woth Bluetooth. Very easy to set it up, needs a new account to be created. Can be locked from the app as well and cannot be moved in any other way. Battery: it last a long time for shirt distances. I am impressed and very happy with it. Is charging fast, in a few hours to full battery. Overall: a lot of fun having one, looking very cool and stylish. It has lights as well so it can be used in night time, has signal lights too, bit uncomfortable to use them at the beginning but getting used with it after a few uses. It folds and is easy to keep it in one place, without taking a lot of space.

Very upset because after six months it snapped in half. My son is very sad about the situation as it appears unrepairable. AVOID.

The parking at work became a problem, so I park this in a utility room at work. It's folding so does not take up much space and it has a stand if I don't want to fold it. It holds a good charge, the batter life is surprising. It achieves a modest speed but not too fast. Might not be fast enough for teenagers who feel the need for speed but I'm a bit older and safety would be of more concern to me. The seller delilvered quickly, the product is high quality. The instructions were good but the assembly was straight forward. A star screwdriver was needed and they provided an allen key. This item is value for money, I'm going to save a bucket load on fuel too as I can charge it at work. If you engage your knees as a shock absorber it's a smooth ride and a lot of fun. I'm going to invest in a pair of rear view mirrors for the handlebars so I don't have to turn to check on traffic. Thought I was too old for this electric scooter business to be honest, but after a few days of practice and safety awareness I'm glad I decided to get this after all. I'm seriously considering a helmet though. The initial top speed is 15.5 mph, but a youtube video shows you how to increase the top speed to 18.6 mph if you search for it.

I am pleased with my purchase. Over the last month I have been looking for the right scooter at the right price. It’s perfect. Solid , quality, construction and I am able to lift easily into my car. Has some suspension so can take moderate rough terrain. Easy to set up with a useful Iphone interface . Delivered in a couple of days. I recommend

Sent for this for my grandson. He loves it, and has already been miles on it. However there is on minor fault in the design. The rear mudguard has to flex with the rear suspension, but is fixed in place by four screws, so making it rigid! Having worked in engineering I found a simple solution was to fit a plastic strap (see photo) to allow it to flex. It also allows the bottom of the mudguard to absorb impacting on a step when leaving the house which also contributed towards the mudguard breaking. But overall the scooter is very good. Takes about four hours to charge. Very smooth and quiet, with three speeds.
