I've been using Juvia daily for a few months now, and I honestly could not live without it. I add a tablespoon to my breakfast and that's it! Oh, and if I know I'm going to eat a bready meal in the evening like pizza, I'll have a spoonfull about 20 mins before. the difference is huge. No way could I eat pizza without it. I would get bloated and be very uncomfortable after a carb heavy meal. But with Juvia, all that's changed. Of course, I still try eat well and listen to what body needs, but sometimes, especially with friends, I just want to eat what I want to eat. Since introducing it to my daily routine I’ve noticed a significant pick up in energy levels, I feel less bloated even after a bagel and never have any gut discomfort. This is a brilliant product which is so far helping me with issues I have had for a number of years. I don’t want to go into all my issues, but my gut health has not been great and I have tried a number of other products but nothing has worked, until I tried Juvia. I was a bit sceptical before I tried this, but the product was recommended by a friend so I thought I would give it a go. Once the bottles arrived, it was easy to get started. I think it tastes quite nice and it isn't hard to introduce into a daily routine. It took a little while before I noticed any changes, but I am glad I stuck with with because the changes did come. Couldn’t take to the taste

I’ve been taking Juvia for a few weeks now, I am so impressed with it! I have tried to have a balanced healthy diet but have struggled with bloating and discomfort for a long time, to the point that I would avoid certain carby foods. Having gone through the initial phase of taking it I feel so much better. I have been able to have a more diverse diet and it’s helped me to be more regular.
