Be careful when mixing with caffeinated beverages. If you take this product and workout close to when you take the capsules, beware that you might have some heart palpitations, headache, and some mild hot flashes and even chest pain if you take them right before doing intense, physical exercise. Just be mindful of what time you are taking them especially if you are prone to hypertension, anxiety, and insomnia. May cut your appetite slightly, but not nearly as much as Rx meds or other stimulants would do. Overall, a helpful supplement for focus, mood, energy, clarity of thoughts and improved my motivation, ability to study, motivation to do activities, and improved my sexual health (libido) quite a bit!
