Excellent customer service. great cup! - I bought 4 of these in different colors, love them, love the handle, the amount it holds, the easy cleaning, and flip up sipper, however, 2 of the lids are broken now. 1 is still somewhat usable as the lid is simply cracked; so if we remember to use the straw and not tip it over, the fluid stays in the cup; but now it is prone to leaking. I've reached out to the company and they intend to replace the 2 broken lids, so A+ for customer service. These are great on walks because of the soft fitted handle. In fact, the handle and the ease of use with the flip up sipper is what i love most. I could also add that i was able to clean the tops easily so that mold does not grow. Other cups with complicated parts grow mold easily in hard to reach places. These, however, have a great design, simple and accessible.
