## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I get the User Manual/Quick User Guide?**
A: Look through or download via "Product Guides and Documents" on this listing page, or scan the code attached to the QSG in the original package box.

**Q: How do I make the volume louder?**
A: Confirm whether "Media Volume Sync" is enabled and activated on your Android phone. Check if the hearing protection is turned off on your iOS device. Connect the earbuds to the soundcore app, and choose the Volume Booster EQ.

**Q: How do I turn on and connect the earbuds for the first time？**
A: Peel off the protective film on the earbuds, place the earbuds in the charging case, close, and then reopen the lid. Search for the earbuds's Bluetooth name "soundcore V30i" on your phone.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome but ear clip broke after 1 year

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for Bassheads. Unique audio experience.
*by L***N on 22 July 2025*

My favourite pair. I have both v20i and v30i. V20i have adjustable earclip angle.- this is the only missing out in this pair. Audio quality is very good for the open ear design. I'l say best for the price but not have chance to try jlabs open ear pair. I used to wear this all day, sleep with it and got up next day and use continuously. Its that much comfortable. Charge last one day easily.
