This Nootropic Collagen supplement has been designed to enhance brain function, memory, focus, and cognitive agility - just what we need as we get older. I am determined to do everything I can to keep my mind (and body, of course) as healthy as possible, and to upgrade its functions whenever possible. The formula is set up to help support nerve fiber quality as well. My research shows testing is being conducted with these ingredients to determine how well that will work. I'm beginning with small doses to make sure I have no side effect problems. Serving size recommended is 1TB, 28 servings per container. As my budget is very tight, I'll probably use less than that daily (more like 1-2 tsps), hoping it will be enough to support and uplift my brain health without breaking my budget. It took me a while to figure this out. Only when I stopped taking it that I noticed a difference. It might do what it says but for me I took it before I went to bed but it and my mind would be all foggy in the first half of the next day then I would be fine. So I asked God why I felt bad in the first half of the day? He said stopped taking it so it did the first day I felt good so I didn't take it the second day and I felt even better. So it has something that affected my brain for sure and might be good for it but the effects to my day was horrible. I felt like my mind had a very hard time waking up.

This HEALTH DIRECT AminoMind is an interesting supplement blend. I've heard about the benefits of nootropics and wanted to give this a try. This nootropic collagen liquid contains collagen peptides and has a proprietary blend of L-Citrulline, Coffeeberry, and L-Tryptophan. I tried the flavor Passionfruit Guava - it has a tropical taste to it with a bit of an herbal bite to it. It is sweetened with Stevia, which helps make the flavor more palatable. It definitely is not the worst tasting supplement I've had, but I don't necessarily love the taste. Definitely mix it with water per the directions to dilute it - it makes it a lot better - then take it like a shot. Things about this I really appreciate: no artificial dyes, no artificial flavors, it is egg, soy, nut, sugar, gluten, AND soy free [eliminates most allergens! which is awesome] and it is made in the USA. Will definitely have to take this more consistently to give a real report on long-term results - but this could be promising to help with memory, focus, and pain relief.

This was tasty as far as these types of supplements go. Really easy to get down. I found this helped me feel more energetic and focused. And I find it is exceptional quality. And great for getting extra collagen.

For me, the effects were subtle. I take it for brain fog. I didn't find any bad taste or unpleasant odor, and there wasn't even an aftertaste. I found it simple to swallow and had no adverse reactions. I'm hopeful this helps with free radicals.

This product has coffee bean extract in it. Do not take this except in the morning. A product very similar to this, that has the same markings and made by the same company is recommended that you take it at night. If you take this product at night you will not be able to sleep. Don’t buy this product.
