From securing the knots, to keeping the hair moist and fresh, their customer service gets a 10 star.Now, about the hair, this is a 180% density from the scalp to the tips, it's not like most wigs, that only have the density sown into the middle of the hair unit, this hair density is dispersed through the whole hair unit, which to me, gives it a full and natural look. The lace is a 360 lace frontal, which you know ladies, that is plenty of parting space both on the sides and the front.This unit is also a natural curl, but when you wash it, it curls up more than other wigs that actually say they're curly.
