This is a must every morning for me! It really wakes me up and makes my face feel really fresh. I wash my face first, cleanse, then use the ice roller for 10mins or so. I have puffy under eyes so it helps with that too. Don’t know if it’s made any difference with overall appearance but it definitely feels great and wakes me up nicely. Would recommend.

Does it do anything? I don't know but it wakes me up, it feels good, it makes me feel like I have a super fancy skin care routine. My kids like it to, they always want to use it when I pull it out. It's sure easy to clean. I'm happy I purchased ☺️

i use this during my wind down time at night and it is amazing! it could put me to sleep 😌. i can tell a difference in my face acne. still on the search for a perfect facial cleanser! recommend if you have rosacea and are looking for coolness, it helps your face cool down and stay cool. make sure to wash daily to keep away bacteria and skin cells!

I wood expect if this is in my freezer for a week and I pull it out is gonna be ice cold....not then close. I mean I know there's a brand that works because I see it used by my favorite skincare guru but this is downs get ice cold. I swear to you that a can of coke in my fridge is way colder than this...I am shocked that anything could be in my freezer for a week and not even feel that cold.....yes...not eveb that cold! What the hell is that about? I'm really mad because it's almost like it's cold resistant. Unbelievable and of course I didn't save the box....I just put it in my freezer so it would be ice cold when needed....well it was needed last night and I might as well have put my hairbrush in the freezer because u guarantee it would have been colder. I really hope I just got stuck with a dud because this is so bad and it looks like it cave from the dollar store. .of course if it had, I bet it would work. I'm not going to bother customer service a about this but for real....if you buy this save the box and sheck on it within a day or so (tabs in mind it was weeks in my freezer) and make sure you're getting what you wanted. DISAPPOINTED!!!

I placed this in the freezer. Pulled it out today for my TMJ, but also used it for my tennis elbow. It feels amazing, and still feels cold enough to massage more after massaging my jaw and elbow. Great product 👍
