Great product, do not order from Amazon unless you must.
The product is a 5/5 in terms of availability and reliability. Not top tier ingredients but also not the worst. My cats and the colony I feed outside consistently eat it so I like to have it on hand all the time. I have never had quality control issues with the chicken liver fancy feast besides every now and then a case will come “dry“ where it seems like air has gotten into the can, and it has dried out. Usually due to denting. For years and years, Amazon stood by this product and anytime it came dented, they would refund me so that I could order a case that was not damaged. You send the photos of the damaged cans and they refund you. It has always been incredibly simple and straightforward. Well recently they changed their policy and now all they do is direct you to Purina fancy feast customer service page. But not before they waste your time for 30 to 60 minutes asking you to send pictures of the cans and then to tell you the cans are not damaged enough for a refund. I am attaching the photos so that you can see what they consider not damaged enough. This is a great product when it is shipped correctly, but Amazon will no longer take accountability for that so I would not purchase it here again unless my local Petco is out.

The label is different and the cat wouldn't eat it, it is otherwise her favourite when purchased at a regular grocery store.

Taste good for picky cat !
Cat likes it have to do rotation on the food . 20 year old cat doing great on mostly wet foods !! This is great . Would recommend !
