This Full Color RMS Titanic Model Ship is not cheap but well worth the price as it is magnificent. It's a gem. I have no regret for making the extra expense and purchasing the full color model over the less expensive one. Great accuracy of detail, a joy to behold.It comes with the fateful iceberg. I believe the iceberg is represented to scale at the flotation line; we should remember that only 1/10th of the volume of any iceberg is above water. Representing the below water portion would have served no other purpose but to grossly distort the scale.Since it is a "flotation line" model it can be set on any horizontal surface for display or for imaginary adventures. Considering the model's quality, and price, it would be advisable to gift it only to a child mature enough to appreciate its superior quality and care for it. Owing to the model's scale the masts are very thin; that is is not a manufacturing flaw, it simply cannot be helped if scale is to be respected. Should the model be given as a toy to a child younger that 9 or 10, I would advise to keep those masts safe in the container they were shipped in and to store them for later use. "Flotation line" model does not mean that it will float, no; it simply means that nothing is represented below that level.I am very happy with this purchase.

My 9-year old grandson loves the Titanic. The foot-long model he received for Christmas was the best present this year: the detail and accuracy (not to mention the accompanying iceberg) were worth every penny of the cost.

It tips over and won’t float correctly. But my grandson loves it anyway.

Very well made and accuracy is spot on. Recommend if you don’t feel like spending hours building the other model kits! My son loves this ship!

Kudos to Nick! Received this product as a gift for my nephew (7) who's pretty obsessed with the Titanic. Great detail, appropriately scaled and pretty sturdy for a kid who's gonna knock it about a bit. Packaged well and with very thoughtful touches that only a small business can deliver. Going to buy a Britannic for my other nephew for Christmas!

I bought this for my 9 yr old great grandson. He absolutely loves it. I think the iceberg was a big hit. The workmanship is incredible. It is very well made. I was extremely impressed with it & so was my grandson. Highly recommend it!
