Installed it on my rental home and installation was quick. After installation, I integrated this system directly with my Alexa and started using it. The part which caught my attention in particular was its ear shredding alarm which instantly catches attention and helps big time to distract and avoid a potential burglar if the attempt was made to enter the home without consent. Other than that, the notifications are sent on seamlessly on my phone using the app and are sent in fast paced manner when I played with the system. There is an intercom as well which acts as a 2 way communication system which is also very handy. Other than that, the SOS is also a feature which we liked about this entire assembly. The main panel is acting as a device to call directly and using the remote control which came with this assembly, we are able to arm and disarm the entire unit and also set it up at our desired timing as well for that matter. The touchscreen controls on the main panel are easy to touch and click and results in a really smooth experience of this entire assembly in operation. It's door sensors are robust and very sensitive and get the job done to protect our home. The entire assembly being not connected using internal wires is also very easy to disassemble and in future if I needed to change the location of this entire assembly, I can easily make that switch happen from 1 home to other and thereby this unit makes for a solid 1 time investment to protect my home. For its robust materials and fast paced intercom communication bundled with accurate sensors the notifications of which are sent in rapid manner straight to my cell-phone, this home alarm kit definitely is a sure shot winner in terms of protecting my home and for that matter protecting the occupants inside my home who happen to be renters which makes this smart home security assembly even more critical to me and my family. Will recommend it for its fast paced notifications and also for its accurate sensors bundled with able to arm the system as per our will. Good find this entire unit.

I changed my review because it quit working. The first day we noticed was on a Thursday when we set it before we left and didn't get a notice on our cell phones. When I tried to look from the phone if it was set it said it was offline. When we got home we tried and tried to get it back on line. We kept getting a failure to add device error. But the FOBs still worked. Then Friday night the FOBs quit working and I had to set it manually from the base. This morning (Saturday) I shut off the alarm from the base and unplugged it a few hours. Just turned it back on and it still refuses to put it on line and FOBs still don't work. A complete waste of money

Easy set up, can be confusing if you are not paying attention to what pairs going together. Also kind of a waste because it’s not easy or worth connecting to internet. Such a pain. Wouldn’t purchase again for that reason sole reason

It works as it should. Really like the time scheduling of the alarm settings. I have it automated to turn on at night and off in the am. If door is opened, lots of noise, text, and emails are sent. Gives me piece if mind for $100.
