Everything worked perfect, setup was easy and I didn't have issues. I'm 5'8 and 135lbs and there is plenty of room in the ice bath. I can move around and it would easily fit my son who's 6' and 190lbs but he's too chicken to try it. I have it sitting outside on my covered porch. I keep it covered and use it 3-4 times a week. With it being winter, I don't have to use ice but the water temp is perfectly cold! I've changed the water and the drain works well and it drains fairly quick too. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because initially it came with no instructions. That was ok because it was easy to figure out how to put it together. I was able to put it in my bathroom because of the size but I am not going to lie, as a 5'8 female it was kinda cozy in there. I could sit in the tub, but that was it. For me, getting out was ok but I can only imagine a shorter person. It would be more difficult. The product lasted a good month and then it got a hole in it so I had to return. It is very portable. I was going to use it for a long term purpose, but it did not last. I am guessing if you are going to use it short term it would be great.
