There's a slight elevation in the heel, leaving a gap of space in between the midsole and the ground. While this means there's less contact with the ground, it also allows for better traction and stability across different surfaces." If this is what you're asking about then yes, these boots have lug soles. They are sturdy and not slick or slippery. **Q: I'm usually a 6.5 , ever since pregnancy my feet gre what size should I order** A: Order the size that you currently fit in, while pregnant. Just account for ankle swelling as boots probably won't be comfortable for that. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by L***B on 17 March 2025* Producto bonito por un excelente precio, son cómodas las botas aunque no se sienten de muy buena calidad por el precio valen la pena, ya llevo varios meses con ellas y hasta ahora no se han hecho feas o despegado. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***3 on 14 November 2023* Comfy and look exactly like the photo. I get so many compliments ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by V***1 on 25 October 2025* I bought these last October and wore them all fall and winter and these photos are from today. The boots still look brand new! I bought my normal size 10-they fit perfect and actually make my feet look small. They are very comfortable and have a little padding on the footbed but they could have more in my opinion. The light tan is perfect to go with everything. I love the traction and the fact that they are more of a platform and give me some height. The boots slip on very easily and very high quality. I do have thick ankles and calves(blessed with these since birth) and I appreciate the fact that they are not tight. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/614501671-soda-pioneer-women-lug-sole-mid-heel-chelsea-fashion-ankle](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/614501671-soda-pioneer-women-lug-sole-mid-heel-chelsea-fashion-ankle) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
