Scam
I have been so troubled. The remote is not supporting either of my ac. I m unable to return the product for this reason. They are only ready to exchange it. So I agreed for a replacement thinking let's give it another try....to my surprise after 2days I receive a message that the remote has been delivered...which was NOT. Then I again raised a query with lot of difficulty coz it wasn't easy to get thru...Still no response. This has been a reall headache
