Have been using this product since the past one year, and it works like a breeze. I love to clean and love this product. I've used this for scrubbing bathroom tiles, walls, floor even attached sandpaper and lightly scrubbed my wooden table. Have used it on my car and everything else. It is light and the medium rotation is just enough to do your task calmly. But today, while removing the polishing pad of the sticky attachment, a connector broke off. The one which looks like an arrow and helps attach the pads. The product has and achilees heel and is in existential crisis now. If the other one breaks too nothing. Will stick and gravity will take over. I am ready to order extra scrub pads but want to know if the sticky attachment is also included. If so I will be eternal happy. I called up the customer service team and received a call within 2 hours.. paid and got the replacement product delivered with the customer service following up with me at every step. My issue was resolved. Great work Agaro team
