Very impressed with the service and delivery, the product build quality and finish, the instructions, the packing,and the tools and fixings. On top of all that it's comfortable and well designed ergonomically, hanging with right seat and back rake. The paint finish has been applied by a professional furniture factory spraying department similar to those in the UK or Germany. The machining of the components, ditto. The instructions were simple and superb. Packing was exemplary. Loved the envelope of fixings within the box with a red ribbon leading outside to a label confirming fixings and tools had in fact been packed! An awful lot of care has been applied to this product, it's design through to its impact on the buyer when they open it up. Well done to the minds that have brought this product to market. If you do buy this one word of advice is to leave the eye bolts on the seat bottom loose until you thread the hanging chain through the arms. You need clearance to place the chain end in the eye bolt. Then tighten the nut. I write this with 50 years of experience with the furniture industry.
