It definitely tested my patience, but I can’t really blame the manufacturer. Once everything was mounted correctly, it worked exactly as intended.My favorite feature is that the hooks swivel, making it easy to move the bikes around and position them however I need. It keeps everything organized while still allowing quick access to each bike.Overall, if you can get through the installation, you’ll end up with a solid, high-quality bike rack that’s well worth it.
