Very nice quality
Great exercisers. The lightest one is a bit light for me, but my 93 year old mom said it’s perfect for her!

Same as physical therapy
I use to do same exercises I learned at PT. Material is soft yet firm for grip. Different tension bars to help as you progress. Able to do multiple exercises from twisting to bending. Highly recommend.

Ok
Works ok but loses its shape a bit.

Invaluable for Tennis Elbow
I bought the 10, 15 and 25 pound resistance three pack because it was the best value; however, if I had to do it over again, I would have gotten the 10 and 15 pound 2-pack since I primarily use these therapy bars for twisting and not bending. For tennis elbow injuries, the yellow 6 pound bar would also be really useful especially when doing the 'Tyler Twist' for rehab.

Exactly as described and I use it for elbow daily.
Exactly as described and I use it for elbow daily. It didn't fix the problem, but I can see improvements.

A bit slippery, but good for the price
Price is good. They're functional, but some negatives compared to the more expensive brands: They don't have the most grip, so they slip through you hands a bit when twisting them. When bending them, they retain the bent shape somewhat. They'll do the job though.

Excellent

Excellent quality for the price
Perfect for wrist / elbow / forearm / shoulder / pectoral / rehab and exercise. Also functions as a thigh-master style device for thighs / hip flexors when U-shaped between the knees. Purchased for daily Chin Na exercises, as the twisting resistance offers more realistic feedback than a Tai Chi stick, but the additional exercise benefits have been a welcome bonus. Note: These devices are not soft and spongy, and pack a dense wallop, if you were to accidentally strike something... Highly recommended, would definitely purchase again.

Sencillo y práctico
Es muy práctico para fortalecer las muñecas, hacer ejercicios de rehabilitación y poco más. El repertorio de ejercicios que puedes hacer tampoco es muy abundante. También sirve como juguete canino si tienes perro.
