I've had restless leg syndrome for years and I take medication for it. However, when I have breakthrough symptoms, I've started using this and I feel like it works. I'm always a little skeptical of these types of products so I'm hesitant to say it absolutely works (maybe I'm just having a little good luck with my restless legs!) but it does seem as though it cuts down on the restless sensations in my legs (and arms). It absorbs quickly and smells nice too!

I was on a Rx for restless legs with bad side effects. I stopped that n started wearing compression socks (knee length) helped 85% of time. Went to pm magnilife n i sleep great!! Definitely a great way to spend $$. Also I dont have to load it on, in this case a little covers my legs!

It does help with restless legs. But does not completely alleviate it. I’ve purchased it 3 times. It is helpful

Restless legs sore feet worked well eased my jumping legs and found I had a much better sleep I would recommend this product
