Yes, you can store in freezer. Preserves the cooked moi-moi. But if you are referring to the unused bag, fridge or freezer not needed. The pantry or any room used for storing dry food items is great.

Yes they are reusable as long as you don't burn the bottom of them and wash after using. My girlfriend/ wife now used 12 of them for over 8 months until she burned the bottom of them by accident.
