Seems Sturdy
Seems to be nice and sturdy. I've seen lots of other similar items that weren't as expensive. It was purchased as a gift so I'd have to ask the recipient if he thinks it's a good value for the money.

Great for helping with Balance on a Walking Pad
Very sturdy and perfect for what I needed to help me balance while getting used to using a new walking pad that didn't have a handle bar built into it. I just needed something to hold that would give me the extra security to steady my stride if needed and this works great. Sturdy and yet light weight enough to hold easily up off the ground with one hand. I like that the ends are flat and have the added rubber grip that gives a comfortable end to hold onto as well!

Free class isn't
The QR code on the sticks said we could use the stick training class for free but they wanted me to buy the class. What at I doing wrong or is this just a "bait and switch?"
