- B12 is Cyanocobalamin, not Methylocobalamin! They should correct it in the item description - whole day after taste if take it 2ml under your tongue, I started to dilute it with a few ml of water - if you have B12 deficiency and want to increase B12 level, definitely 2.2 mcg of cyanocobalamin a day won't be enough, so for that purpose, this supplement is useless. You need to take at least 1000mcg/ug a day for 3-4 weeks, preferably methylocobalamin, which is considered more bioavailable and better retained in the body active form of B12.
