If you are someone who enjoys the flavour and aroma of truffle in your bechamel sauce pasta, parmesan fries or creamy mushrooms dishes and this one is for you. Ever since I have developed a liking for truffle flavour after having dishes based around truffle in a lot of cafés, I decided to get a bottle of it to pimp the dishes which we make at home and get cafe like taste. There are a lot of options available but mostly have perfume of truffle added to the oil and not actually infused in truffle. This one claimed to be genuinely infused truffle in EVOO and so I decided to trust and give it a try. The bottle is expensive but you need only a few drops to level up your dish and this one single bottle will last you months if not years. The flavour is truly amazing and transforms the dishes you make at home to cafe style in just a few seconds.
