Several poles were damaged( dented and would not assemble) top awning had a scratch in it along with one side and door. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. Initially offered a $40 credit which I declined, they then proceeded to ship out the replacement parts within 2 days! Poles are pretty heavy duty and canopy seems of good quality. Best part is their customer service!!! Well worth buying knowing I can contact them with issues and they’ll make it right!

Was good while it lasted.. After about 3 months, the guy lines that came with the carport started to deteriorate.. and broke on a slightly breezy day (bout 10 mph) So i replaced them with 550 paracord... Today it got hit by its first good thunderstorm... 25 to 30 mph winds.... well it didn't like that at all... it tore the eyelets off the canopy, allowing the wind to wreack havoc on the carport, 6 put of 8 legs bent, all of the ground stakes pulled out, and 3 out of 4 eyelets were tore off the top.. as the carport came down and started to flip.. I probably should have mounted all the legs in a 5 gallon bucket of concrete, and maybe it would have held up... I'm trying to decide to buy new legs, make new legs out of stronger pipe, these are maybe 18 Guage... or but a new one... with summer fadt approaching and with Florida's rainy season along with it... I can't help to wonder if it will hold up to any real wind For some reason it won't let me take the photos in my gallery I took after it fell, so these are some I just took after cleaning everything up Update, changed to a 1 star review, because the seller sent me all message, offering to make things right, I responded promptly, and sent some photos to him... That was 2 or 3 weeks ago now, and I haven't gotten another message from the seller at all... Why offer to make things right, then stop responding... if there is no intention to fix the issues, it would have been better to say nothing at all

******UPDATE*****March 1st 2025 ****************YEP SO ANOTHER ONE LOST TO THE WIND.. the tent stakes that came with this to hold it down didn't work.. this past weekend i found my shed in my neighbors back yard in a mangled metal mess when I woke up Saturday morning. So yes it was so easy to put together.. I loved that part. but the fact that the small tent stakes don't hold it down when it comes to the wind.. Omg I thought this was going to be a headache to put together.. it was so easy it took about an hour to put it up with me and my 2 daughters. the instructions were very easy to understand. So much better than the shelter logic one i got before. this one seems to be way studier also .. if something changes ill update this review but so far its great. if your trying to decide between this one or a shelter logic one go with this one so much easier to put together and it seems way more better of a product over all

This is very good deal for money invested. It was very easy to install! The material is efficient and wind resistant! It is big and works great for storages of our lawnmower, bikes and much more! We installed it on the ground so it required some additional support, but if you will plan to install it on the concrete or wooden base it will be much easier to maintain stability! But even in our situation it works great!

True to size , perfect color , used for a birthday disco party so the black was great , side door and windows perfect but now my husband's uses it for the yard supplies and tractor great value for the cost ,the weight is good , it's sturdy once secured

You get what you pay for. Use cement and posts plus heavy duty quality anchors along with a sturdy wire system or this thing will not hold up to winds. Onother major issue...there are no bottom poles to attack the sides to the bottom. By a grommet kit and use poles welded to the support legs.

I absolutely loved this product but it only lasted a month. I live in Indiana and the other night we had 80 mph gusts which ripped 32 anchors, 4 nylon rope, in-ground anchors and 4 40lb sandbags off the ground like it was nothing. I was astonished when I woke up to see this so I would recommend more anchor weight than what I used. It was very easy to put up, just need a ladder. I loved the ease of install and functionality but sometimes God has other plans. Was hoping to make it through a Winter but it's down for the count. Just use as much weight and resistance as you can with these.

Newest update 3/15/2025: New photo attached. 35MPH winds, the tabs ripped off and the entire thing collapsed. It's garbage, cheap, junk. Do not buy. You can see what the product really looks like. Their photos are deceiving as the corners have large gaps. It's pretty loose and flaps around with the wind. The tarp material has lots of scuffs and holes where you can clearly see daylight. Some of the seams have defects. You don't really notice the issues until it's assembled and you're inside looking up/out. It would be a pain to dissemble and return at that point. Don't even bother using the anchors they provide, they're like cheap tent pegs. They don't go down far enough to secure anything. The photos are misleading. I ordered some heavy duty anchors that will be screwed in with a drill. I'm going to keep this for a while and see how it goes. Need to see how it holds up to rain, and how many leaks I'll need to address. Just understand you aren't paying for a top of the line carport. Update: After only 5 days, the eyes are starting to rip out. See attached photo.
