I absolutely love having high dose capsules. When I get sick I usually take 100k iu’s and continue with fairly high doses until my symptoms improve. That leaves me running through bottle of very expensive, lower dose D constantly, and it’s been a game changer not only for me, but for my whole family. Easy to take pills
