I have been taking these for a while now and I can really notice a difference in my sleep patterns. After I got to a certain age, I used to toss and turn for ages before falling asleep and then wake up several times during the night. Now I fall asleep quickly and sleep through most nights. I think I only started taking them a few days before I noticed the difference, so it happens quickly, or at least it did for me. You take two capsules a day (I take them about 30 mins before bed). The capsules aren’t small, but I got used to the size and now can swallow both of them at the same time with water no problem. These magnesium glycinate capsules don’t upset your stomach the way magnesium citrate can, and to be honest I never found any difference in my sleep with the mag citrate. Price wise, they are worth every penny from my perspective. This bottle should last about four months, so pretty good value. On one occasion I had a bottle with some loose powder at the bottom, which might have leaked from a capsule but I never managed to find a broken one. On the whole I’d say these are very well packaged and high quality, and reliable. The label says extra ingredients are brown rice flour and Hypromellose (the capsule is made from that).
