The new cable I used to replace it is not working to charge the phone but it’s able to send enough juice to charge the Apple Watch but can’t power the iPhone. I emailed customer service as I can’t return this anymore and I’m hoping that they can help me. If not, I have a junk product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not Fast, Not Slow *by M***T on December 17, 2025* UPDATE: Took one star off since mine ended up having a faint beeping/buzzing noise, which apparently might be from coil whine? This was more noticeable at night or when it’s completely silent, especially when trying to sleep. It’s not the worst thing and coil whine shouldn’t affect the charging performance or batteries; however, just knowing it was there was enough for me to return this. This is the best value for your money from a reputable brand. I love the fact that I can charge all three devices at once, although not at amazingly fast speeds, but I don’t need something to charge my phone in one minute! The removable puck for the Apple Watch is a nice touch. It helped me eliminate bringing or buying an extra charger. It connects via USB-C, and since all my travel charging blocks have that connection, I’m set! I kind of wish the base was a bit heavier or had some sticky pads. When I lift my iPhone off of the MagSafe charger, I have to hold the base down simultaneously. Otherwise, it will move, but I guess that means the magnet strength is more than adequate. If you’re okay with average charging speeds in an all-in-one design, just buy this one, especially if you’re the type to leave things charging overnight.
