Keeps food warm from 5am to 1pm in an office. I wanted to see if my lunch would stay warm and it did. Next I will try in a colder environment.

Doesn’t spill
Holds a decent amount of soup if that’s what you are looking for. I bring a separate container to microwave, but no spill in my lunch bag at all (that’s why I purchased it) I have not tried to put hot soup in it yet

Muy bien mantiene los alimentos comibles hasta 12 horas, tal vez si los mantenga tibio las 15 hrs que especifica pero en lo personal ya sería un poco más frío
