I only use it to take my cat to the vet so ultimate durability might vary with level of use, but it's big enough for my 13 lb orange tabby and easy to carry on my shoulder. Plus, she can kind of see out, so I was able to interact with her while we were waiting at the vet. I purchased a second time due to having a foster cat for a few months. There are several points of entry and exit. My cat doesn't like getting into a carrier regardless, but this is much easier to get her into vs. a more traditional carrier. Plus you can store it in a smaller space due to its ability to fold.

Very high quality! Product is sturdy, zippers are very rigid and the carrier is big enough for a 12-pound cat to not only lay within but have room to get comfortable in, as well. Easy to pop open and carry-strap makes for easy transportation by hand or shoulder.
