Updated review: Changed rating from 3* to 5*. The seller promptly contacted me and sent 7 LEDs and a sponge as a replacement. I received them yesterday. As UC doesn't work in my area, I am expected to replace & install the LEDs myself. The seller made a video call to demonstrate how to install the LED too. My weekend DIY activity!! The sponge is to reduce the waterflow which solves the speed issue. Thankyou for your support. ......... 1. The product looks good. Good finishing. 2. Came properly packed. No leakages which is a good sign. 3. The box contains the fountain, a fully submersible motor, LED installed and a spare LED. 4. Motor is powerful. So be careful as the water may splash. Cons: I am unhappy with the quality of LED's. Not at all durable. It's the second day and already 3 LEDs of the 5 have stopped working. Considering that I paid 20k for this product, I expected better! Not good that it stopped working in 2 days. We have kept it on for an hour tops. Disappointed with the LED quality because it stopped working in 2 days. Definitely expected more for the price we have paid.

The fountain is very good and beautiful. It suits verywell with our home. It's heavy but not that heavy and gives very nice foresty vibe with its looks and feels. The sound of water is very calming and worth the money. Size is good, not that big and not too small. Fits well to keep it in the home balcony or drawing room or terrace garden. We bought it last year and it's been an year of use. It still works perfectly.

This water fountain is an absolutely wonderful addition to my restaurant. The design is both elegant and practical, fitting seamlessly into my living space. I am thoroughly impressed with the very good product and nice quality it offers. It has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish and functional water feature.

Great piece for decor in terrace gardens or indoors. Everything works perfectly. The price is little on higher side consider its synthetic fiber material and may lose colours within weeks if exposed to direct sun in Delhi or most of North India; but overall the looks, the working conditions are great. So 1 Star for the fact that is not VfM even at the discounted price offered in amazon. Performance is great. Just one caution for people----if you keep in covered terrace to avoid scorching Sun having effects on paint, at least arrange a cover (I am using an old Water Cooler cover with zipper). The monsoon although due to El Nino is far off but the mosquito breeding season is on and with water remaining and the fountain not in use, larvae breeding could become reality.

This is a good product. only thing I do not know is how to draIn out the water if not in use.Otherwise a very nice product

Initial usage and quality of the product was quite nice . A few months in the lights stopped working but customer support is quite helpful Edit - new lights were delivered but they stopped working after a week as well . Paint has started chipping off after 6 months of use . Customer care is blaming it on hard water usage . Overall product is priced at a premium but quality is below par
