Review: Well made - I bought this bike for Christmas for my grandson. It's a great bike made very well.
Review: Great bicycle and great customer service - This bicycle arrived packed well and was 75 percent assembled. The rest (front wheel, handle bars, peddles) was easy to put together. This bike has all the options (disc brakes, full suspension, 21 speed, shimmono derailer). There was a problem with the front suspension not compressing. I contacted ShiDu Sales and they were great to work with. The problem was resolved with not a lot of effort and I felt I was treated fairly.

I bought the 27 whatever inch bike because I am Six feet tall. Just let me say IF YOU ARE NOT SEVEN FEET TALL, GO WITH THE SHORTER BIKE. The company charges you a delivery fee, and if you want to return or exchange the bike ((YOU)) have to p the return shipping $50-60.00! The bike itself IS a good sturdy product that was semi simple to put together for a 60 year old fart like me. But the very first time I tried to get on the bike, my calf scraped the seat, froze me in place, lost my balance, and down I went flat on my ass lol. Long story short, I refused to pay return shipping, and now it sits in my garage. Nice bike otherwise.
