try to return many time but due to open box inspection i was not able to return i want replace this item with other this is very bad experience. i recomend never bought form it. Return policy is very bad and quality is also poor. Apperarance looks good in photo but the product was bad. It is not value for money.

Product quality good, but can't wear it for 7/8 hrs continuously
Good quality shoes. But when I wear it for more than 6/8 hours, legs tent to get tired.

Soft but Not fit properly
Thought it soft and good for walking it was bit tight for me. I request return next day and they have accepted return refund. If they take care of correct size I think it will be good. Shoe length was not a problem only width was problem.

If there was a rating lower than that 1 star, I would gladly give it. Shoe doesn't fit as per the size guide. Length is proper, fitting is too tight. Not to forget the pathetic return service of Amazon where they don't allow return. Called their helpline, scheduled a return window - guy never showed up, marked the item as defective and now apparently nothing happens. Now this pair of shoe will be on my shoe stand as decorative item where it will gather dust for sometime. This has to be the worst experience I had buying any item from Amazon till date.

Comfortable and Durable Product
Shoes are comfortable and durable. Not sure if the soles provide the medical benefit, because I am using medical insoles.
