I’ve only used this a few times so far, so it may be too early to tell, but - I am not even exaggerating when I say this is the best my skin has EVER felt. Completely oil-free and yet somehow still moisturized and almost plump feeling afterwards?? No irritation or redness, and left with a very pleasant smell, even though it is unscented. Also super satisfying to use, and I love the way it feels on my skin. It does remove makeup, but it also does so more than that! I originally bought this for a gentler way to remove makeup, but my skin feels SO amazing afterwards, that I have started using it in the morning as well, and feel no need to even double cleanse. For reference, I have extremely oily skin with dry patches, rosacea, super sensitive and acne prone with lots of excess sebum. Never in a million years did I think that using a cleansing balm meant for dry skin would make my skin feel a million times better than double cleansing with anything else, but here we are! I will still double cleanse at night in the shower, but as far as I understand, this is essentially a double cleanse within itself, since it starts as an oily balm and then you emulsify by adding water, which I suppose turns it into the double cleanse. We will see if it is truly the answer to my skin woes, but so far so good!!!

I’ve tried three different versions of this, I can’t say enough good things about it. It takes off my make up perfectly and leaves my skin soft and moisturized. No greasy feel. I have very sensitive skin and this is perfect! Highly recommend.

This is my favorite eye makeup remover/makeup remover. I’ve bought this several times and I can’t say enough great things. Completely removes eyeliner and mascara does not sting your eyes. I recommend using the little spatula that comes with it and just keeping it stored inside so that you don’t have to use your fingers which could get it underneath your nails when you are using it. I like it so much. I just sent two to my sister because I know she will enjoy it as well. One sidenote: the ginseng glow is the only one I like. I’ve used another formula/ scent and it doesn’t work as well at completely dissolving eye makeup instantly.

I have extremely sensitive skin. This brand makes my skin glow and so clear! It comes with a little scoop. It’s effective and affordable!

No other balm removes makeup the way this cleansing balm does. I’ve tried other balms but those do not thoroughly remove stay-on lipstick and mascara.

I love it! It doesn't sting on my eyes and it leaves my skin soft, not dry. Great product.

Quickly became a staple in my daily skin care routine. I suffer from stubborn sebaceous filaments on my nose that I’ve never been able to get rid of. Within a week of using this, once a day at night before washing my face, it has made a WORLD of a difference. My skin also feels super soft and nourished afterwards. A little bit goes a long way with this product. If you have those black head looking pores on your nose that you want to get rid of, this is a must. For me it did cause some breakouts at first but they’ve simmered down, and I’m almost positive it’s because the product was pushing all the excess oil and dirt buildup out of my skin!

Item arrived on time. I bought this one because I wanted something to cleanse my skin without using too much water, the water here dries my skin too much. This is not too greasy for it to bring me out in spots. My skin is glowing and soft. I will be buying this again.

This is amazing at removing makeup! Very nice texture and melts the makeup away and doesn't leave skin dry. I have the nourishing version. Great price!
