Absolute must have!!
Absolute must if you are printing with TPU. I recenntly got some TPU for my A1 printer. TPU is practically useless without a dryer and this is a quality one. I dryed the spool for about 5 hrs before printing and during the print itself and the quality remained the same as the day I opened the reel. Perhaps it was better.

Perfect for the price
Exactly what I needed. I bought this to dry BambuLab PETG-HF filament. It does exactly what it says, 8 hours drying + an extra hour while printing and everything came out fine. Zero stringing. The extruder pulled the filament without any problems and the PTFE tube is the perfect length with the dryer sitting on the left side of my printer. The only draw back is the fiddly touch screen, but a minor inconvenience for the price.

its good easy to use
it dry's the filament very well, overall it is well worth buying, but tpu filament will not come through the hole easily there is too much friction because the tpu is so soft so you have to take the tpu out of the dryer to use it

Great product
I bought PLA in bulk and I was having issues using white PLA as it kept snapping. I was going insane trying to figure out a way to improve my printing. This solved all my issues! The print quality now is perfect. Really compact design and nice colour, it fits nicely next to my printer. I’ve purchased it with a discount so for me it was great value for money.

Could be better
There are three things about this device that could make you think twice before buying it. 1. Energy efficiency. As you can see in the image, it often consumes up to three times more energy than the 3D printer itself. When the heating element is working, you can see even 170 watts. The same is true for the 3D printer, but for the latter, it's coming quickly to its 60W level, whereas this dryer box spends most of its time above 100W. When all is hot, it's about 3W. 2. What adds to suboptimal energy efficiency, is the way the enclosure seals. Or. rather. doesn't - it's a simple plastic box, not any kind of air-proof container. Hence, it loses heat quickly and regains moisture in a day or so. 3. It only has one hole for filament output, and it's on top of the box. If you have something like Flashforge Adventurer, which would benefit from side feed, then you'll have to be creative. For example - put your dryer box on the floor while your printer is at the table. 4. The touch-screen reminds me of the impermanence of being. The frailty. The inevitable last flicker of light. And it's constantly backlit. I imagine the engineer of this device had an epic quest for the cheapest screen on the market, and he exceeded all expectations. And to turn it off, there is a stiff switch on the back, which somehow hints at the same philosophical discourse as the touch-screen. So I would use the smart socket with this device, if only to turn it off. So, overall, I needed a box to keep my PLA for longer. And, hopefully, this box will do. It's not an engineering marvel, though, and I can't justify £65 as a fair price tag for this.

Good stuff
Heats it up quite good nice design and and makes the print quality better in my opinion space wise though can be quite difficult to get it to fit if you have not got a big open area, heats up super fast

Good quality but PTFE tube can slip through the grommet
Overall it's a good product that does what it says on the tin, I like the display and it shows all the key information and is not to loud when working. One problem I had was the PTFE tube was pulled through the grommet where the filament comes out and it tried to wrap around the reel and stopped the printer from extruding, I put some tape around the PTFE tube to stop it from pulling through.
