So I'm 6' tall and not moving as much as I should and, with the Long Covid and whatnot, unlikely to start running marathons and training in the gym any time soon. Sometimes my feet look like they were drawn by a renaissance artist, they are so swollen and painful. Something needed to be done, and I figured I'd give a pair of these a go. I should have bought some ages ago. They're very tight, but that's the point, and they're strange to put on at first (a strange technique of grip-and-zip needs to be employed!). I have large calf muscles even before my brilliant lifestyle caused them to inflate. I'd tried another brand, even their largest size wouldn't fit on my arm. These are good size and length that they'd fit a male lower leg comfortably - don't judge by what you get out of the packet. But these socks are well-enough made that the zip seam isn't going to tear any time soon and they're very comfortable when you get the heel in the right place and let them settle for a moment after putting them on. I appreciate the open toe - at first I was constantly checking that they weren't TOO tight, but everything was fine and, like a magic trick, my lower legs and feet were completely back to normal within 24 hours (I put them on and left them on for 2 days just to see). I couldn't believe it. They don't get 5 stars because I feel they ARE a little expensive for what they are, even if they do an incredible job, and because the zip sits right against your skin (no inside strip of fabric to act as a barrier) which gets very uncomfortable after a while: given you wear these for long periods of time, that's an oversight that really does make a difference. However, I like them enough that I've bought two more pairs, and I reckon they'll do me - and my legs - for a long time to come. Arrived quickly and in an appropriate amount of packaging.

Excellent socks, fits great, and comfortable. I am asking for a replacement because the one I received had a one inch tear, probably one off, but overall, the socks is great and I will order it again.

I have always worn compression socks for long haul flights. My current socks were getting difficult/ impossible to put on so I ordered these with a zip. Fabulous. They go on easy and then zip up for a comfortable fit. First flight coming soon.

Sizing, a little bit big but comfortable and no exhausting putting them on. Quite long for me.

Followed advice re size but the zip needed to be higher for me and altho the non zip area was fine , there was no way we could get the zip up. Returned.

Excellent quality. I have had severe problems with my feet/legs swelling. I bought an extra-large pair and when they arrived I thought I would never get them on..!! however, the material is very strong and will stretch. The zip is also very strong and will allow you to zip them up, when you think they are about to slip. I have taken them off a couple of times and they go back on the same way with no loss of shape. Once you have them on, they really support you and are comfortable, they also seem to have helped my varicose veins, but I think it is too early yet. Very happy with these and I will be buying another pair for my wife's restless legs.

I’ve had an enforced stay in bed for the past month. Came home from hospital with usual white Dvt sock which has caused pain and occasional tears when my husband has put it on for me. These socks with zips are just brilliant not as tight as hospital sock maybe but I’m sure it does the job They have been a “godsend “ The chart says 13cm foot length for largest size but it’s actually nearer 19cm which fits perfectly with other measurements Congratulations to whoever designed them

Worked a treat. Bit tricky to get on at first but once id got zip moving and sides pulled together it was ok. Dad said it was a bit tight at the top but his legs were particularly swollen.

Am Abend sind die Füsse nicht mehr prall gestaut. ---- Besser als die teuren vom Premium-Sanitätshaus ankofektionierten Kompressionsstrümpfe, welche den Fuss derart abschnürten, dass man am Abend meinte die Wade hätte sich in ein Holzbein verwandelt, mit entsprechend hart-schwulstiger Staulinie. ---- Das passiert mit diesen Strümpfen nicht, denn sie sind sanft und kompremieren trotzdem ausreichend, ohne Stau-Linie am Abend.

A lot easier to put on than most compression socks without a zip. Would have preferred the compression to be greater than what it is. 15-20 mmHg does not feel as though it compresses enough, however socks seem to do the job.
